Background:
Just a flat-out great song. I remember as a 9 or 10 year-old kid I had a Little Mermaid cassette tape that I listened to in a walkman (how the world has changed!), and I used to play this song over and over. Probably not something I advertised to my friends (since being a Little Mermaid fan wouldn't have been the coolest thing for a boy to be), but at my now advanced age I'm not afraid to admit my admiration for this tune!
