Background:

I just spent the last 20 minutes listening to songs #11 through #8 on my list and trying to decide how to rank them since they're all so infinitesimally close.  It's cruel that this one doesn't quite make the top ten because it's an all-timer.  The movie version is excellent, but the Michael Bolton cover is even more triumphant and inspirational.

Speaking of Michael Bolton, I just discovered a funny clip of him playing the Michael Bolton Office Space character.  I celebrate the guy's entire catalog!
